VYTAL Global enters the U.S. market with the launch of VYTAL US Inc

VYTAL Global has acquired assets and team members from TURN in order to drive tech-enabled reuse solutions. With the launch of VYTAL US Inc., the Germany-based digital reuse platform is expanding to the U.S. This move will allow VYTAL Global to continue its global growth by incorporating key assets and team members from TURN, a leading U.S.-based reuse company that provides tech-enabled reuse solutions to events and venue customers.

We are excited to announce the establishment of VYTAL US Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of VYTAL Global GmbH, a digital reuse platform headquartered in Cologne, Germany. This expansion is a significant milestone in Vytal’s goal of creating a global tech platform that promotes reuse in various food service environments, including large-scale events, sports and entertainment venues, campuses, corporate offices, and quick-service restaurants.VYTAL US has acquired the assets of TURN, a U.S.-based reuse company, and will now be providing services to a selected group of TURN’s former clients, mainly large festival and venue operators. This includes taking over some of TURN’s operations in Australia and New Zealand. In addition, key members of the TURN team will be joining VYTAL US to ensure a smooth transition and continued service for these clients. This acquisition will allow VYTAL to expand its expertise with TURN’s successful consumer engagement strategies, as well as introduce its advanced tracking technology and market-leading operational efficiency to the U.S. market.
